|Juliana Adelman is lecturer in history at St Patrick’s College Drumcondra. She is, with Catherine Cleary, the co-presenter/writer of the radio series “History on a plate” (RTÉ Radio 1). Catherine Cleary is an award winning journalist who has been writing about food for over a decade and writes weekly restaurant column for the Irish Times.
