Tailte Éireann is the state body with responsibility for the property registration system, property valuation service, and national mapping and surveying infrastructure for the State.
Tailte Éireann is custodian of an extensive archive of unique records, which includes the Registry of Deeds records. The Registry of Deeds hold property records from 1708 to date which are a valuable source for family, local, social and economic history. Our tour will give an introduction to the building, the collections, and how you can search our records.
The Lunch Time tours are being organised as part of the Tailte Éireann’s contribution to Dublin’s Festival of History 2024.
