Join Dermot Looney for this talk, which will explore the history of the men who have managed St Patrick’s Athletic FC, from the early days of selection committees through famed managers such as Alex Stevenson, Jimmy Collins, Jack Burkett, Barry Bridges, Charlie Walker, Brian Kerr, Pat Dolan and Liam Buckley. We’ll have stories new and old, from the dugouts and dressing rooms, of those who dared take on one of Irish football’s toughest jobs.

Dermot Looney is a St Pat’s historian who published the first book on the club’s history, ‘Saints Rising: The Early History of St Patrick’s Athletic FC’ in 2022. He is a regular contributor on club history in The Saint matchday programme and runs the History St Pat’s project on Twitter and Instagram.
