The records of Dublin’s lost railway companies

Within the archives of CIÉ are the records of most of the former railway companies of Ireland who operated the railway lines that criss-crossed the country from the 1830s up until the establishment of CIÉ in the 1940s.
This talk by the CIÉ Group Archivist will exhibit the records of some of these companies with a particular focus on railways operating in the Dublin area.
