Thomas Earley’s company had an outstanding reputation as decorators, manufacturers of stained-glass windows and ecclesiastical furniture, religious sculptures and stone masonry. During the late nineteenth century Early left a lasting mark on many churches in Ireland .
His love of stained-glass superseded his other manufacturing activities, and he inspired his family and other involved in the company to pursue and cultivate the production of this art form to its highest, most elegant and refined form.
This presentation include examples of Earley’s work on churches and some of his other pursuits beyond his business life.
