An Introduction to the Life and Work of Harry Clarke

Harry Clarke was one of Ireland’s most unique twentieth century artists. Internationally acclaimed as a stained-glass artist and illustrator, he was recently honoured in his native city with the naming of a bridge in his honour over the Cabra Road.
This talk, presented by Dublin City Council Historian in Residence, Dr James Curry, will provide an overview of Clarke’s life and discuss some of his best-known artworks.
